Smoked Shallot and Butternut Squash bisque with pancetta crème fraiche and chives.

Salad: 

Rocket, pomegranate, candied orange, toasted spiced walnuts, Sage derby Christmas trees with pistachio vinaigrette.

Entree: 

8 oz Filet Mignon with cabernet demi glaze and truffle parsnip puree

Prosciutto haricot verts and gouda mashed potatoes

Dessert:

Chocolate lava, fresh raspberries, toasted hazelnut crème anglaise

Vegan Alternative Meal:

Pumpkin Gnocchi with portabello, baby spinach, white wine sage reduction and cashew parmesan
