Menu:
Duo plate
Duo plate of creamy butternut squash soup garnished with crispy candied bacon. Your soup will be
accompanied with tender lettuce leaves, apples, sprinkled with candied pecans, feta cheese and
finished with a smooth rich balsamic dressing.
Main Course
Red wine braised short ribs. This beautiful dish is served with a sharp cheddar, chive polenta, andÂ
tri-colored carrots complimented with the perfect demi-glace sauce.
Dessert
Sweet and creamy chocolate mousse paired with fresh macerated berries.
Alternate Menu
Roasted Portabella Steak. Includes the duo plate and dessert.
