Salad: Fall Spinach Salad, fresh Baby Spinach and Mandarin Oranges, Dried Cranberries, Shaved Red Onions, Candied Pecans and Smoked Blue Cheese; dressed with a Wine Bacon Vinaigrette

Entree: New York Strip with Hunter Sauce

New York Strip grilled to perfection, topped with classic Hunter Sauce. Served with Herb Roasted Tri-Colored Fingerling Potatoes and Spiced Honey Glazed Carrots.

Dessert: Chocolate Raspberry Christmas Delight

Milk Chocolate cup filled with a mixed Berry Mousse, centered on rectangle plate with smear of dark and white chocolate, topped with shaved chocolate and fresh berries.
